You might wonder: if I buy a housing kit as separate parts, is assembly complicated?
No.
Everything Is Pre-Positioned
ECO LED Kit’s structural design has all mounting positions pre-built into the housing:
- Driver compartment — space pre-allocated, mounting points ready
- LED module seat — fixed screw holes aligned to standard module sizes
- Thermal path — heat dissipation channel integrated into the housing structure
- Wire routing — cable channels designed into the housing, no drilling needed
You’re not receiving a raw shell that needs secondary processing. You’re receiving a structurally complete system that only needs components placed inside and secured.
A Few Screws. That’s It.
No special tools. No production line. No technical certification required. Install your chosen driver and LED module, secure with a few screws, and you have a complete, shippable LED downlight.
Assembly time? For an experienced worker, under 5 minutes per unit. One worker can assemble over 100 units in a single day.
Why This Matters
When assembly is this simple, it removes an entire layer of risk and cost from your operation:
- No assembly errors — if there’s no technical skill required, there’s no skill-based failure
- No assembly labor cost — 5 minutes of screw-turning doesn’t require trained technicians
- No assembly delays — you can assemble on demand, exactly when you need the finished product
The complex work — thermal engineering, structural design, compatibility testing — is already done by us. What’s left for you is the simple part: put it together.
ECO LED Kit housing kits do not include drivers or LED modules. Customers source and install their own certified components.
